Why an immune system

A body doesn't page a doctor every time a cell misbehaves. It detects the threat, understands it, and responds automatically, in the background. Software should work the same way.

Today it doesn't. Production breaks constantly, and the tools meant to help (error trackers, logs, metrics) stop at the data. They hand an engineer ten thousand signals and leave the reasoning, the part that actually costs hours, to a human playing detective at 2am.

Phagon closes that gap. It ingests errors, scores and triages them, performs root-cause analysis with Claude, and opens a reviewable pull request that fixes the bug, with the evidence shown at every step. The goal isn't to replace engineers; it's to do the repetitive first 80% so they spend their judgment on the 20% that needs it.
